Visiting Miami East held off Urbana, 2-1, in overtime in the Division IV girls soccer sectional on Thursday.
UHS’s Peyton Mounce tied the game at 1-1 with a goal with six minutes left in regulation, and Miami East won it with a goal with less than two minutes remaining in overtime.
The Hillclimbers finish the season at 10-4-4 overall.
Graham falls
SPRINGFIELD – Shawnee defeated Graham, 4-0, in the Division IV girls soccer sectional on Thursday.
The Falcons finish the season at 7-10 overall.
