The Friends of the Champaign County Library Book Sale will take place Oct. 3-5 at the Main Library located at 1060 Scioto Street, Urbana.

All proceeds of this sale benefit the activities of the Champaign County Library including the Summer Reading Program, special events, and the Imagine Lab. A variety of items will be available for purchase during the sale.

Prices are 25 cents for paperback books and 50 cents for hard back books. Items like puzzles, music CDs and DVD’s will be specially marked. We also have some exciting “Specials that will be marked higher.” Plan to take time to stop in and see all that the book sale has to offer.

The sale schedule is as follows:

-Thursday, Oct. 3 from 9-11 a.m. Friends of Champaign County Library Book Sale member-only presale event. All others may stop in and shop at the Friends of the Champaign County Library Book Sale on the following dates:

-Thursday Oct. 3 from noon to 7 p.m.

-Friday Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

-Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
