Urbana downs North Union; Graham loses

RICHWOOD – Undefeated Urbana knocked off North Union, 24-6, in CBC football Friday night.

Late in the first quarter, Grady Lantz tossed a one-yard touchdown pass to Austin Hill to give UHS a 7-0 lead.

With four minutes remaining in the second quarter, the Hillclimbers took a 14-0 lead on Hill’s 14-yard run.

The score remained 14-0 at the half.

Midway through the third quarter, Lantz booted a 25-yard field goal to make it 17-0.

Late in the third quarter, Hill added another rushing TD to give UHS a 24-0 lead.

North Union found the end zone with a minute remaining in the fourth quarter on Griffin Osborne’s 84-yard reception.

Urbana (5-0) hosts Jonathan Alder next Friday night.

London 63, Graham 7

ST. PARIS – Unbeaten London scored 42 points in the first quarter en route to a .63-7 win over Graham in CBC football Friday night.

Trailing 21-0 with four minutes remaining in the first quarter, Graham’s Aadon Hurst returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown.

London led, 56-7, at the half.

The Falcons (0-5) play at Indian Lake next Friday night.
