Westville United Methodist Church will be hosting a Self-Defense Awareness Training Class on Wednesday, July 24 at 6 p.m. at the church.

It is to help people be aware of their surroundings, how to avoid dangerous situations, and how to use what is available to defend themselves if needed.

This is geared toward college students but will be helpful to people of all ages.
