CINCINNATI POLICE SHOOTING
CINCINNATI — A judge is set to meet with both sides in the case of a white former University of Cincinnati police officer whose first trial in the fatal shooting of a black motorist ended in a hung jury. Prosecutor Joe Deters plans to retry Ray Tensing on the same charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter in the July 2015 shooting of Sam DuBose and wants the trial moved to another county. —FATAL SHOOTING CINCINNATI: Police say the body of a 40-year-old man who was shot to death was found on the street by officers in Cincinnati’s Roselawn neighborhood.
—HIT-SKIP INJURIES: Police say a 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in a hit-skip accident that critically injured a young girl and hospitalized her mother as they crossed a street near the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.
