Police: Arrest in death of Ohio woman bound in duct tape

CINCINNATI (AP) — Police say a man has been arrested in the death of a woman who was found dead in her Cincinnati condominium with her face and head bound in duct tape.

Cincinnati police say 27-year-old Kayle Taylor was arrested Monday night and charged with murder and aggravated burglary in the death of 54-year-old Tammy Wiley. Authorities have not released a cause of death in the case.

Court documents don’t show an attorney for Taylor.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Taylor lived in another condominium in the same complex.

Court documents state that several items from Wiley’s apartment were found in Taylor’s possession.

Police say they received a report around 8:30 p.m. Monday that there was a deceased person in the condominium complex. They say Taylor was arrested about three hours later.
