TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — The president of the University of Toledo says about 200 of its employees will undergo customer service training this summer.
School president Sharon Gaber says it will help staff members discuss issues with students and answer their questions.
Gaber is in her first year at Toledo.
She says most people tell her they love the university, but she sometimes hears from people who complain about being put on hold while they’re on the phone or about bills from the school.
The Blade (http://bit.ly/1Vkg0uE ) newspaper reports that student advisers and employees working in student affairs and financial aid are signed up for the training.
