CINCINNATI (AP) — Transportation authorities say nighttime motorists could encounter lane closures including short-term overnight full shutdowns on Interstate 71 northbound in Cincinnati.
The Ohio Department of Transportation says there will be closures for work on a new interchange at I-71 and Martin Luther King Drive. There will be restrictions Thursday and Friday evenings of first one, then two lanes in the area from McMillan Street to Dana Avenue. There will be short-term full closures each night during the midnight-5 a.m. period.
Police will help maintain traffic, and arrow boards and signs will alert motorists of closure plans.
Weather conditions could change the work plans.
