EVENDALE, Ohio (AP) — Police say three people have died in a three-car crash on Interstate 75 north in suburban Cincinnati.
Evendale police say officers were dispatched about 3:30 a.m. Friday to the crash site north of Cincinnati with other emergency responders. Authorities say one person in one car and two in another died at the scene. Police say the driver of the third car was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said they expected northbound Interstate 75 to be closed for several hours.
They say dispatchers received a 911 call about a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the highway less than a minute before the crash.
