Man indicted in teen’s fatal shooting at Cincinnati party

CINCINNATI (AP) — A young man has been indicted on murder charges in a shooting that killed a 17-year-old girl and hurt two more teens when a fight occurred at a birthday party in Cincinnati.

A Hamilton County grand jury on Thursday indicted 19-year-old Rico Mosley on multiple counts of murder and felonious assault in the shooting that killed Kelsie Crow in April 2015.

Online court records listed no attorney for Mosley.

Crow was shot along with a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl when a fight broke out at the YMCA in the city’s Walnut Hills neighborhood. She died at the hospital. The other two teens have recovered.

Officers said at the time that hundreds of teens were at the party and estimated that at least 50 shots were fired.
