Stillings, Yoder are players of the year

West Liberty-Salem senior Kannon Stillings has been named the Ohio Heritage Conference boys basketball player of the year in the North division.

Triad junior Hadley LeVan was also named to the first team.

Mechanicsburg sophomore Joey Mascadri and WL-S senior Tyler Louden were each named to the second team.

Triad seniors Thomas O’Neal and Noah Unger, WL-S junior Neil Markin and Mechanicsburg sophomore Chris Taylor were each named honorable mention.

In girls basketball, WL-S senior Lily Yoder has been named the OHC North division player of the year.

WL-S senior Mikalia McIntosh, Mechanicsburg senior Mikayla Dodane and Mechanicsburg freshman Kasey Schipfer were each named to the first team.

WL-S sophomore Gabby Hollar, Mechanicsburg freshman Morgan Hamby and Triad juniors Tori Thomas and Alea Ferguson were each named to the second team.

WL-S sophomores Paige Shafer and Kelsey Day, WL-S junior Taylor Lauck and Triad sophomore Kristin Bailey were each named honorable mention.
