We went 4-1 in our picks last week, but we were actually happy with the miss since it meant that Triad won its first game.
For the season, we are now 29-4 overall, so one little miss didn’t spoil our week.
Maybe we can find perfection again this time around.
Tonight’s Games
Bellefontaine (3-3) at Urbana (1-5) – The Hillclimbers led all but the final minute of last week’s 15-12 loss to Kenton Ridge … it was truly a heartbreaker.
And it only gets tougher tonight with the Chieftains coming to town.
We’re picking Bellefontaine to win.
Mechanicsburg (6-0) at Catholic Central (4-2) – On paper, this looks like it could be a good game.
Don’t bet on it.
We’re going with the Indians to prevail.
Greenon (0-6) at Graham (0-6) – Is this the night Graham finally breaks the losing streak?
We think it might be.
We’re picking the Falcons to prevail in what could be a close one.
Cedarville (0-6) at WL-S (2-4) – The Tigers have played a tough schedule, and they certainly aren’t used to being 2-4 after six games.
Look out Cedarville!
We’re picking WL-S to prevail.
Southeastern (2-4) at Triad (1-5) – We were thrilled to see the Cardinals blow out winless Cedarville last week.
Tonight’s matchup looks like a toss-up, so we’re going with Triad to win since it is the home team.
Saturday’s Game
Cincinnati Christian (0-6) at Urbana U. (1-4) – Cincy Christian is a first-year program, and predictably, it is taking its share of lumps this season.
UU will probably dish out a few lumps of its own on CCU, so we’re going with the Blue Knights to prevail.
