West Liberty team prevails


The 12u West Liberty Force Fastpitch Softball team (with members from Urbana, West Liberty, Indian Lake and Springfield), coached by Ally Crawford (head coach) and assistant coaches Bobby Stoll, Tony Hackathorne and Cory Kettler, finished the season with a record of 34-16-2, winning 3 championships and earning a berth to the double elimination tourney ASA Nationals, scheduled for July 21 in Marion. The team includes, top, standing from left, Aubrey Williams, Alexa Stoll, Sami Smith, Chloe Patton, Courtney Kettler, bottom, kneeling from left, Claire Young, Makenna Radford, Isabella Catanzaro, Emily Hackathorne and Emily Bolton.
