These day we sadly read of violence in our schools and problems with our youth. Recently I attended the Mechanicsburg class play “Oklahoma!” What a breath of fresh air it was to see these high school boys and girls put on an absolutely outstanding performance of this musical! After a 12-year hiatus from class plays at Mechanicsburg, these kids along with the orchestra and adults coordinating did a wonderful job. My hat is off to all involved and I hope this is the beginning of many more at Mechanicsburg High School. Thank you for the entertainment!
