MECHANICSBURG – The Mechanicsburg Friends of the Library will present a gardening workshop at 11 a.m. June 10 in the library meeting room.
Judy Stoof will share information on Natural Insecticides/Companion Planting, part folklore, part science. Companion Planting can be done in “pots” or in “plots.” Participants will Make-n-Take a decoupage plastic pot with brightly designed material. A sample will be on display at the library.
Cost is $10 for members of the Mechanicsburg Friends of the Library, $15 for non-members. This will cover the cost of printed material as well as the make-n-take project.
