Weather spotter training offered to public

The Champaign County Emergency Management Agency and the Champaign County Amateur Radio Emergency Services will present severe weather spotter training 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, in the county Community Center auditorium, corner of Routes 55 and 68 in Urbana. The National Weather Service’s Wilmington office will provide instructors. The training is open to the public. Registration is not required and there is no charge.
