At the Antioch Shrine 2016 Circus Kick-off, Bud Parsons of St. Paris was named Antioch Shrine “Legacy Clown.” A member of the Champaign County Shrine Club, he has been an active Funster (clown) for 45 years and a Mason more than 60 years.
