An employee of Season Blast and Paint LLC, Dover, power washes the top of the Gwynne Street water tower in Urbana Thursday in preparation for a new paint job. City Council in February approved an agreement with Utility Service Group (USG), Atlanta, Georgia, for the long-term care and maintenance of the water tower. Community Development Manager Doug Crabill said USG has contracted the repainting work out to Season Blast and Paint, which will repaint the tower to match its original paint job.
