WL-S Olympiad team ends winning season


West Liberty-Salem’s Science Olympiad team concluded its amazing season April 9 at The Ohio State University campus. The team earned the right to compete at the state Science Olympiad tournament for the 11th year in a row. The team won four trophies this season including a 1st place victory and a 3rd place regional finish. Overall the team finished 7th in the state out of 303 participating schools. Coach Spencer and the 10 other WL-S Science Olympiad coaches expressed appreciation to the team for making this fun and rewarding season.
