Champaign County Relay for Life began at the fairgrounds on Friday evening. In the photo, the Mechanicsburg band performs the National Anthem before the Survivor Lap begins. Relay for Life raises money for the American Cancer Society’s efforts to educate, raise awareness and assist research efforts for finding cures. The event continues through Saturday morning.
